  • Counselling sessions are offered in two options: 60 minutes and 90 minutes. Both durations can be effective, and the choice ultimately depends on your individual needs and preferences.

    For couples, I often recommend the 90-minute sessions. This extended time allows each partner to have ample air time to express their thoughts and feelings, facilitating deeper discussions and more meaningful counselling work. It creates a space where both individuals can engage fully, helping to address complex issues and improve communication.

    Individuals also have the option of choosing 90-minute sessions if they feel they would benefit from more time. This longer format can provide the opportunity to explore concerns in greater depth, allowing for a more thorough examination of issues and a more comprehensive understanding of your experiences.

    Ultimately, whether you choose a 60-minute or 90-minute session, my goal is to provide a counselling experience that best fits your needs and schedule, ensuring you feel supported throughout your journey

  • The frequency of counselling sessions can vary based on your individual goals, preferences, and needs. Many clients find that starting with weekly sessions is particularly beneficial, especially in the initial stages of their counselling journey.     However, I understand that everyone's schedule and needs are different. Some clients may prefer bi-weekly or monthly appointments as they become more comfortable with the process or as they progress in their counselling journey. This flexibility can provide space for reflection and integration of insights gained during our sessions.

    Together, we will assess your specific situation and discuss what frequency feels right for you. My aim is to ensure that our sessions are tailored to your comfort level and counselling goals, promoting a supportive environment for your growth and healing.   • My fees are competitive for seasoned counsellors in Hong Kong and reflect the quality of services I provide. Please contact me for my current rates—I'm happy to share that information.

    I offer convenient online payment options. Clients are not required to commit to a specific number of sessions or purchase packages upfront; you can pay as you go for added flexibility. I kindly ask that invoices be settled prior to our sessions to ensure a smooth experience.

    While I do not provide direct billing insurance options, I will issue an invoice and necessary documentation to assist with your insurance claim.

    I have a 24-hour cancellation policy in place. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will incur a fee of 50% of the counselling cost. This policy helps ensure that I can accommodate all clients effectively.

    I’m here to support you throughout the insurance claims process. While I cannot guarantee coverage, I can provide you with receipts and any necessary documentation you may need to file a claim with your insurance company.
